I work with you from day one to get you to your best. You get my full attention to your goal and the training needed to get you there. I don’t believe in tiered plans where the runner may be limited to one email per week or no text messages. Unlimited is my philosophy and it’s the best way to work together!
In addition to detailed running workouts and individualized racing advice, I can provide direction on strength training, dynamic stretching, recovery as well as cross-training if desired. It all depends on what you want! Some athletes want daily interaction and feedback while others may prefer once or twice a week.
